MQ SERVICES was born from the market’s need, where day by day people are looking for cleaning services focused on customer service and quality of service. I worked for several cleaning companies where I learned everything related to the business and where I was given the opportunity to learn and train. I performed different positions in the companies, starting from the bottom. Over the years I achieved my way up to manage major accounts and occupy management positions.
The passion for what I was doing and the experience acquired led me to think about having my own cleaning company, because I have always had a vocation for customer service and with the knowledge acquired I knew I could do it. At this moment I decided it was time to look for new directions and therefore I took the initiative to create MQ SERVICES, a family business with more than 25 years of experience and where I always wanted to give a different approach to what is currently offered in the market. My idea was to offer ALL the services required, INTEGRATED SERVICES (ONE STOP COMPANY), where customers would find everything they needed in one company.
With my family’s help we endeavored to take this company forward and offer a quality service, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, offering reasonable prices and integrated services of residential, commercial and industrial cleaning, including small, medium and large companies and businesses.
